Cedarview Farm Bed & Breakfast is ideally located within 10 minutes of the airport and within the Christchurch City Boundary, we are only about 15-20 minutes from the central city.Because we are situated so close to both the Airport & the City many of our guests either start or finish(sometimes both) their trip to NZ with us.
While our farmlet is only small at five & half acres, it operates just like the bigger farms further out in the countryside. We keep several beef cattle,  the odd sheep, free range hens,a farm cat called "Alfie"and the latest addition to our family a Chocolate Labrador called "Ruby". Apart from visiting Christchurch you can easily take day trips to Hanmer Springs,visit stunning Akaroa,see the whales at Kaikoura or take a ride on the Tranz Alpine train. If you go skiing, you can return home for a long hot soak in our fully enclosed spa pool. Just 2 minutes by car is the Templeton Golf course. 3 minutes to the local mall, Factory outlet shopping centre, Restaurants & Bars. Also within an easy drive are Wineries, The award winning Antarctic Centre and you must go see the Kiwis at Willowbank Wildlife Reserve. "Amazing".
