Our Cancellation policy: Basically we don’t have one. This is our home not a Hotel or Motel. When we accept your booking we are asking you to share our home and our lifestyle. Most people who stay with us really do “arrive as strangers and leave as friends”. If for some unexpected reason you can not stay with us on the dates you have booked and wish to postpone,alter or cancel your booking all we ask is that you contact us as soon as possible to let us know.However when you make your booking, as a sign of good faith we do ask for your up to date & valid credit card details(via our secure booking page)Your card will only be processed after your arrival and with your approval.
